Description

Breadtop in Broadway was the signature design for the Melbourne company to enter the Sydney market. The concept to the design was to make the "back-of-house" transparent to show how bread and cakes are made and at the same time promote sophisticated design in front-of-house. The front counter was designed to incorporate the cake display with the serving counter. Cafe was introduced to the tenancy to allow for patrons and a diverse culture near UTS and Broadway shopping centre.
