Crown Chicken occupies the front tenancy to AMP Wattle Grove Plaza and we were engaged to design a charcoal chicken shop to allow servery areas and back-of-house kitchen. The cold and hot displays become the transition from customers' servery and kitchen area with the charcoal machine becomes the feature at the front facade.
