Description

This house design took advantage of the sloping land and maximised solar access to the north. There is a 6m gradual slope from the street to the rear boundary, thus the split level design minimised rock excavation. It is a modest 2 storey house on the street but appears to be a four storey dwelling from the rear. The design plays on a series of glass and masonry boxes capped with curved colorbond roof.
