In 2003, I engaged Artiva Architects to provide architectural services for my duplex site at 2 Marsh St, Condell Park.

They were professional and creative in providing design solutions for Development Application and Construction Certificate. They were familiar with Local Development Control Plans and other guidelines and managed to obtain Council's approval for DA and CC within 4 months.

Previously we went to other architects and were not satisfied with the design, services and delivery period. Since we have known Artiva Architects we are very satisfied with their innovative design and highly recommend to other clients.
