Description
Footscray Breadtop on Hopkins St was a tight tenancy and we managed to design the cake display into the front counter and make the back-of-house open and functional. The servery and kitchen almost merge into one space with the coolroom and freezer become the backdrop. The building was heritage and signage was inserted into the front facade.
