This Regency Green precinct was formerly the RAAF site which was subdivided into industrial lots. Lot 33, 348 Chisholm Rd Auburn warehouse development is designed like a corporate office /showroom with 11.5m high bay warehouse space. It consists of 2 separate warehouses and associated offices/showroom. There is 1 level of basement parking accessible from the rear of the site with substantial landscaping to the north and front of the building. On the same street, we have also designed Lot 18, 48, 49 and 50 in which we have maximise the warehouse areas for the client.
