Description

This architectural designed childcare for 70 kids provides the gateway to Lakeside Industrial Estate on Mt Erin Rd Campbelltown. It is an elongated site perched on top of a hill overlooking a lake. It is designed to maximise the site with outdoor play area at the front of the site which intravene Campbelltown Council's front landscape setbacks. We have managed to convince Council's planner that the outdoor play area will not distract from the objectives of this street and will provide a playful "theatre" of kids outdoor activities.
