Description

This project was a conversion of an existing duplex into 5 boutique apartment units of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. It was designed and built about 8 years ago with rear yard extensively landscaped with palm trees to minimise traffic noise off Falcon St. Internally, the units are fitted with blackbutt timber floor and quality appliances. There is a large rear balcony to the 2 rear units to allow for private open space.
