Description
This apartment project was designed to encompass the 10 design qualities as stipulated in SEPP 65.It is a complex site with site restraints including traffic, sewer diversion and encasement. There are 59 units altogether comprising of 55 apartment units, 2 shops and 2 offices with 2 levels of basement carparking accessible from The Crescent. We were also engaged to carry out the urban design to ensure this project fits well into its locality and respect the historical church next door. The apartment is articulated with blade walls, columns and hovering roofs.
