There were 6 townhouses designed to capture water views and maximise floor areas for holiday living. Each townhouse has generous 3 bedrooms and open living space, dining and kitchen areas on the ground floor. Unit 1 has a swimming pool and great access to the Reserve and the double garage for each unit was big enough to accommodate boats and cars. The row of trees on the side of the driveway remained to maintain screening to adjoining neighbour.
