This Cleanplus factory was designed to accommodate the equipment and production of cleaning detergents at Lot 9, 16 George Young St development. Strict requirements in SEPP 33 for manufacturing chemicals and fire safety measures were adhered to and the factory was efficiently planned to maximise production. This site has 2 warehouses and associated offices with extensive landscape to the north and front.
