Description

The Vaucluse house is a modern design with butterfly roof and lots of glass to capture views to the ocean. It was formerly a duplex and we were engaged to re-design the house to meet the strict requirements for a growing family with teenagers and 4 car garage on a very tight site. The open living and dining provide views to the ocean and family room opens to the pool deck on the rear.
